Description
Peroxtesmo KO test paper allows the quick and easy detection of peroxidase in food.
Peroxtesmo KO is used in the food processing industry to evaluate the quality of canned food.
A drop of the sample is put onto the test paper. Alternatively, the paper can be pressed to freshly cut surfaces. In the presence of peroxidase a blue to blue-green color appears within 2 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to sunlight and moisture.
